Refunds are available only for approved return requests.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days through the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

• Wrong model ordered by the customer
• Product damaged after delivery
• Used or installed products
• Return request made after the allowed return period
